A standout Ethiopian coffee from the Hambella area of the Guji zone, offering a cup rich with fruit and florals. Natural dry processing draws out ripe-fruit sweetness, giving you clear notes of blueberry and grape with a lift of orange blossom that turns every sip into an aromatic experience.

This coffee shines as pour-over, where its floral character reads clearly, and it also works as espresso for anyone who prefers a deeper body. Ethiopian heirloom beans (Kurume / Dega) grown above 2200 meters and naturally processed. Grind fresh and use water at 92-96C with a roughly 1:15 ratio to bring out its bright acidity.
