How do I send it as a gift?
Open the card and choose an amount, then tick "I want to send this as a gift" on the product page. Enter their email and name, add your message (up to 200 characters), and pick the send date — today or the day of the occasion. The card lands in their inbox on that day, carrying your message, your name and the code.
Can I send it to more than one person?
Yes. Add the card to your cart once per person, entering their email and message each time. Everyone receives their own card with their own message. For large orders (corporate and staff gifting) message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
When does it expire?
It doesn't. And it doesn't have to be spent at once — whatever is left stays on the card for another order.
How is the code used?
Add items to the cart, then check out from the cart page and enter the code. The quick "Buy it now" button doesn't show the code field.
What if the order costs more than the balance?
You pay the difference by card in the same order, with no extra steps.
Can it be used at the shop?
Yes — order on the site and choose store pickup.
Is it refundable?
No, gift cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
