Shipping policy

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates and to all Gulf countries.

Delivery is AED 25 per order.
Delivery may cost more for orders that include large or heavy machines or equipment. In that case we contact you directly before shipping to confirm the cost.

We offer two options: land and air shipping. You choose at checkout.
Shipping is calculated automatically from the order's weight and dimensions, and the full amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Customs and taxes: some Gulf countries charge customs duties, taxes or clearance fees when a parcel arrives. These are not included in the shipping fee, and we do not calculate or cover them. The shipping company will contact you directly about them and how to pay.

All orders are paid online at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Once your order ships, you receive an email with the shipment details.
