A fruity Ugandan coffee that opens on strawberry and mango, then settles into milk-chocolate sweetness with a tea-like finish. The body is medium and the cup is clean and lively, with an 87-point cup score.
The lot comes from the Bugisu region of Uganda at 2,028 meters, anaerobically natural-processed, which is where that fruit depth comes from. Piccolo roasts it medium and omni, so it works as filter or as espresso: for filter start at 1:16 with 92C water to lift the strawberry, and for espresso dial the grind until the shot lands near 30 seconds to reach the chocolate sweetness. Grind it fresh for every brew and keep the bag sealed away from heat and light.

An unapologetically fruity cup: pomegranate and passion fruit open the sip, guava follows with a tropical sweetness, and orange closes it on a fresh citric note. If you lean toward coffee that reads more like juice than like chocolate, this is the one.
This is an Indonesian single origin of mixed heirloom varieties, natural processed — dried in the whole cherry — which is exactly what explains the dense fruit presence. The roast is omni, built for filter and espresso alike: brew it on a V60 at 1:16 to unfold the fruit layers, or pull it as espresso for a sharply sweet shot. Grind it fresh for each brew to keep that fruit aroma.

A bright, balanced cup: grapefruit acidity opens the sip, then guava, caramel and roasted almonds come through, closing on dark chocolate sweetness over a medium-to-heavy body.
It comes from Costa Rica's Chirripó region, Caturra grown at 1,600–1,700 meters, black honey processed so the bean dries with its mucilage for extra sweetness and body, and it cups at 88 points. The omni roast keeps it flexible: brew it as filter to lift the fruit, or as espresso to concentrate the caramel and chocolate.
