A fruit-forward Colombian coffee built around a juicy peach character. You get ripe peach up front, softened by sweet milk and coconut, with white tea and a lift of jasmine that keeps every cup bright and aromatic.

Grown in Colombia and shaped by an anaerobic fermentation that concentrates its stone-fruit sweetness, then roasted light-to-medium so the florals stay clear. It shines as a pour-over or V60 where the tea-like delicacy comes through, and it holds up well as a sweet, expressive espresso. Use a slightly finer grind for espresso and a clean, medium grind for filter.
