A single-origin Thai coffee on a filter roast: a lighter roast aimed at pour-over, the style that generally keeps sweetness and acidity forward and leaves the body light and clear. If a quiet morning pour-over is your ritual, this roast was built for exactly that, and Thailand is not an origin you run into every day.
Dripper by Art roasts it, the origin is Thailand, and the net weight is 200g. For pour-over: 15g to 250ml at 93°C, a 30-second bloom then two even pours, starting on a medium grind and going a little finer if the cup lands thin or coarser if it turns heavy. Grind it fresh for every brew and keep the bag sealed away from light and heat.
