Black Knight - Excelso - 250g

A single-origin Colombian coffee, fully washed for a clean, balanced cup. You get caramel, brown sugar, and almond with a light citrus acidity and a rich body—equally at home as espresso or a pour-over.

Grown at 1,700 m in Colombia's Antioquia region from Caturra and Castillo varieties. For espresso, pull 18 g to a 36 ml shot in about 30 seconds; for filter, use roughly a 1:16 ratio with water at 92–94°C. Keep the bag sealed away from heat and light to protect freshness.
