A portable espresso maker running on an internal battery charged over Type-C, built in aluminium and ABS at 240 mm tall, 75 mm across and 800 g. The water tank at the top holds 80 ml; below it sit the capsule chamber and a clear cup that travels upside down over the body and turns round to become the vessel the shot falls into, with three legs that fold out to stand it up.

There are two buttons, hot brew and cold brew, and either is held for three seconds to start. In hot mode it beeps once as heating begins, twice when the water is up to temperature, then pumps and stops by itself; in cold mode it pumps straight away. Three indicators between the buttons show the charge. To clean it, fill the tank with fresh water and hold the cold button for three seconds to flush the chamber; the cup and the extraction chamber are both dishwasher safe. LePresso warns of a sharp piercing blade inside the chamber.
