A machine that makes cold coffee by dripping it rather than steeping it overnight. Ground coffee goes into the stainless filter cup, the clear 1000 mL reservoir feeds it, and the thermal module lifts the water to 70 °C for a short bloom before dropping it to 5 °C and finishing the extraction as a cold drip. Five modes: cold brew, concentrate, kissaten slow-drip, cold tea and a custom profile.
The round display on top of the brew head shows the mode name, elapsed time, temperature and flow rate in ml/s; in custom mode the temperature, flow rate and ratios are set by hand and saved as a recipe. Concentrate is ready in 5 minutes and the slow-drip finishes in under 45. The body measures 288 mm across and 258 mm tall, the drip tray stands 90 mm proud of it, and the filter cup takes either a 68 mm round paper or the reusable stainless filter.
