Barbaric - Peach - 100g

Barbaric named this lot Peach, and that is the promise: a cup led by stone fruit, with its perfumed sweetness and gentle acidity. The roast is omni, meant to be brewed on filter or pulled as espresso, which gives you room to see how that peach reads in each method.

Barbaric is a Thai roastery, and this is 150g of small-batch specialty coffee. To brew: start on filter, a V60 at 1:16 with water around 92°C, which shows the fruit most clearly, or pull it as a short espresso if you want more concentration. Buy it whole bean and grind right before each brew, and with 150g in the bag, budget your first two cups for dialing in.
