A Papua New Guinea coffee that Dripper labels "Blueberry Sorbet" on the bag — the character the roaster itself is pointing at: cool, refreshing blueberry. It is a lot aimed at filter brewing, and filter is where that fruity lightness reads most clearly.
A 200g bag from the Dripper (Dripper by Art) roastery. Brew it in a V60 or Chemex with a medium-fine grind at 1:16, water at 92–94°C, and take your first sip once it has cooled a little — a slightly cooler cup shows the fruit sweetness better than a piping hot one. Grind right before you brew.
