A rum-and-raisin flavored coffee: dark raisin sweetness and the warmth of rum are what the name promises, and this is a coffee you drink for pleasure more than for analysis. The roast is omni, so it suits espresso and filter alike, and with milk the flavor rounds out further.
Barbaric roasts it at 150g net, a sensible size for a flavored coffee you rotate alongside your everyday bag. For pour-over: 15g to 250ml at 92°C. And if you want the raisin sweetness further forward, pull a double espresso - 18g in for about 36ml - and pour it into a latte or cortado. Grind it fresh for every brew and keep the bag sealed so the flavor stays clean.
