A single-origin Ethiopian coffee at an omni roast, which means a flexible cup that takes a change of brew method without losing its character. Pull it as espresso to read the sweetness and body in a short shot, or brew it on a V60 for a cleaner, lighter cup.
The pack is 250g from a Saudi roastery, and the omni roast makes the same bag good for the machine and for the cone alike. Start at 18g in to 36g out in about 28 seconds for espresso, or a 1:16 ratio on a V60 at 92C with a medium grind, then adjust until you reach your cup.
