Barbaric - Berry Juice - 100g

Berry Juice is a name that promises a berry character, and that is how Barbaric names it: the cup you reach for when you want coffee that leans toward red fruit rather than chocolate. Its small bag means you open it and drink it at its freshest.

The roast is omni, so the same bag works on the machine and in the cone: for espresso, 18g in to 38g out in 27–30 seconds; for filter, 15g to 250ml at 93C. The pack is 150g from Barbaric, and grinding fresh for each brew keeps the aroma.
