Barbaric - Ethiopia Rosée - 100g

An Ethiopian coffee from Barbaric in a 150g bag. The roast is omni — dialed to work in both espresso and filter — so a single bag covers you if you move between the machine and the dripper on the same day.

For filter, start at 15g to 250ml at 93°C on a medium grind; for espresso, 18g in to 38g out in 27 to 30 seconds — then tune the grind and ratio to your taste after the first two brews. The small pack is practical: you finish it while the coffee is still at its best, so keep it sealed away from heat and light.
