The name describes the cup: vanilla and honey open with a thick sweetness, then a spirit-like warmth of whiskey and rum comes through from the fermentation itself, and chocolate cream closes the finish smooth. The small pack is deliberate — this is a coffee you brew attentively and drink slowly.
The lot comes from Masaguara in Honduras at G1 grade — Castillo and Caturra grown at 1,600 meters — and is fermented with sherry wine, a process that layers those spirit notes into the bean before roasting. The roast is medium and set up for filter: use a V60 or Kalita at 1:16 with water around 92°C to let the sweetness land in full.
