Nana - Costa Rica Mozart - 200g

A delicate, floral light roast that leans sweet and aromatic. Expect ripe blueberry layered with lavender and rose, finishing with a candy-like sweetness that stays juicy from the first sip to the last.

Grown in Costa Rica's Tarrazú region at around 1,650 meters and processed with the Raisin Honey method, where cherries are dried before honey fermentation to deepen sweetness and aroma. A light roast keeps the florals and fruit intact, so brew it as pour-over or filter with water just off the boil for the fullest cup.
