The Roastery - Colombia - 250g

Colombia from The Roastery, roasted omni — one bag that serves your espresso machine and your filter cone alike. That roast style is built to give you flexibility: the morning shot and the long afternoon brew come out of the same pack, with no need for two bags on the shelf.

The Roastery is a Saudi roastery, and this is a 250g pack of its Colombian lot. For espresso, start at 18g in to 36g out in 27–30 seconds; for filter, 15g to 250ml at 93°C on a medium grind. Grind right before you brew, and keep the bag sealed away from heat and light.
