Colombia Las Palmas is a balanced, sweet coffee with a fruity, floral character. It opens with caramel and vanilla, followed by apple and a jasmine touch that gives the cup a clean brightness.

From the Huila region in the Castillo variety at 1,450–1,600 meters, washed with careful fermentation and natural sun drying. It shines as a V60, Chemex, filter, or espresso, and pairs well with milk drinks.
