This is an Indonesian single origin of mixed heirloom varieties, natural processed — dried in the whole cherry — which is exactly what explains the dense fruit presence. The roast is omni, built for filter and espresso alike: brew it on a V60 at 1:16 to unfold the fruit layers, or pull it as espresso for a sharply sweet shot. Grind it fresh for each brew to keep that fruit aroma.
