Dripper - Thai Maneepruek - 200g

A single-origin Thai coffee made for filter brewing, in a 200g bag. The name points to Maneepruek, a coffee-growing area in Nan province in northern Thailand, and the roaster is Dripper by Art. Thailand is still an uncommon sight on the specialty shelf, which makes this a chance to taste an origin that is new to you.

Because it is dialed for filter, give it a medium grind and 92–94°C water: on a V60, start at 15g for 240ml — a 1:16 ratio — poured in short stages. If you want a heavier body, try it in a French press with a four-minute steep, and grind only what you need for each cup.
