OYW Coffee - Waffle Decaf - 250g

A Guatemalan decaf you can drink in the evening or after dinner without counting caffeine. It is an omni roast, a balanced cup that works as filter and as espresso, so it stays with you all day long and in whichever way you prefer.

The origin is Guatemala, and the pack is 250g from the Saudi roastery OYW. To brew, start at 1:16 for filter — 15g to 250ml at 92C — or 18g for espresso, and adjust the grind to taste. Grind it fresh for each brew to get the clearest cup.
