Original Blend is HQ roastery's house blend: the everyday cup, built to stay familiar and consistent from bag to bag, the one you reach for each morning without thinking about it. It is classified as filter coffee, made for hand brewing, where clarity and sweetness come forward.
A 200g bag covers roughly two weeks of a daily cup. Start at 1:16 on a V60 or Chemex with a medium grind and water around 93°C, and if you want a heavier body, try it in a French press with a coarser grind and a four-minute steep. Grind it fresh for every brew and keep it sealed away from heat and light.
