Forty Road Roastery - Tarrazu - 250g

A single-origin coffee from Costa Rica, from the Tarrazu region, roasted by Forty Road as an omni roast: one profile dialed to work equally on espresso and filter. It is a balanced cup that gives you two different drinks out of the same bag, depending on the method you reach for.

For espresso, start at 18 g in and 36 ml out in about 28 seconds, then move the grind finer or coarser until you land on that time. For filter on a V60, use a 1:16 ratio with water at 93 C and a medium grind. Take it as whole beans and grind before each brew, and taste it black first before you add milk. 250g pack.
