Black Knight - Sulaf - 250g

A distinctly fruity Yemeni coffee: grape, pineapple, and banana, with high sweetness, a silky body, and enough balance to keep the ferment from taking over the cup. On espresso you get a full, unusual shot; brewed cold on filter it turns into a refreshing fruit-forward drink.

Sulaf comes from Black Knight's BK Premium processing line, and that roaster-specific fermentation is what lifts the fruit this far. The roast is omni, so try it as espresso at an 18g dose, then on a V60 at 1:16 with water at 93 C, hot and iced, and compare all three.
