Black Knight - Altura - 250g

A specialty high-grown (Altura) Colombian coffee roasted by Black Knight for a balanced, smooth cup. Expect caramel and brown-sugar sweetness with a soft almond finish and a gentle citrus acidity that keeps every sip clean and bright.

Grown at around 1,700 meters above sea level from Arabica stock and washed-processed for clarity and a medium body. The medium roast suits many methods: pull it as espresso for a rich caramel base, or brew it as filter or pour-over (V60) to lift its citrus acidity. Grind fresh right before brewing for the best flavor. Net weight 250 g.
