OYW Coffee - Hoya - 250g

A Yemeni specialty lot from OYW roastery, carrying the signature of high-altitude Yemeni terroir and natural (dried-in-cherry) processing. The result is a dense cup of dried fruit, dark chocolate and a warm, wine-like character that defines authentic Yemeni coffee.

Its full body makes it excellent for espresso and Arabic-style preparation, and it also performs well as pour-over at 93–95°C. The 250g bag holds Yemeni heirloom varieties; grind fresh to lift the date sweetness and red fruit. Yemeni landrace coffees are naturally processed by tradition.
