Dapilio - Hambella - 250g

This cup opens on red fruit and ripe cherry with a lift of jasmine, then settles into a honey-like sweetness. The body is full and the acidity clean and balanced, so the sweetness lingers after every sip.

The beans come from the Abiba area of Hambela in Ethiopia, local heirloom varieties grown at 1,850–2,200 m, dried in a natural process that gives the cup its fruit depth. Dapilio picked an omni roast that works for espresso and filter alike: pull it as espresso or build a milk drink to push the sweetness, or brew a V60 to bring out the jasmine and red fruit.
