It comes from Finca Moka in Honduras, whisky-aged — that barrel processing is where the distinctive aroma comes from. It suits filter best: a V60 at 1:16 with 92–94°C water, or a French press if you want a heavier body. Grind it medium right before you brew so that vanilla stays front and center.
