A refined Ethiopian coffee from the Gedeb area within Yirgacheffe, giving you an elegant cup of florals and bright citrus. Its high elevations lend the bean density and concentrated sweetness, so you get a clean, refreshing cup that showcases the delicacy of classic Ethiopian coffee.

This coffee is best as pour-over, where its floral and citrus notes read most clearly, though it also suits a light espresso. Ethiopian heirloom beans grown between 1900 and 2200 meters and washed on raised beds. Grind fresh and use water at 92-96C with a 1:16 ratio for a bright, balanced cup.
