Black Knight - Excelso - 1kg

A single-origin Colombian coffee, fully washed and packed in a full kilo for a clean, balanced cup. You get caramel, brown sugar, and almond with a light citrus acidity and a rich body—equally at home as espresso or a pour-over.

Grown at 1,700 m in Colombia's Antioquia region from Caturra and Castillo varieties. For espresso, pull 18 g to a 36 ml shot in about 30 seconds; for filter, use roughly a 1:16 ratio with water at 92–94°C. The 1 kg bag suits cafés and daily use; keep it sealed away from heat and light.
