Grown between 1,900 and 2,200 meters from native Ethiopian heirloom varieties and washed-processed to highlight its clarity and its floral, tea-like citrus character. The medium roast shines through filter and pour-over (V60), while also pulling a bright, fruity espresso. Grind fresh right before brewing to preserve the aromatics. Net weight 250 g.
