"Midnight Tiramisu" is the name the roaster chose for this lot, and it promises what the dessert itself promises: cocoa, cream and a quiet sweetness filling the cup. It is a small 100g arabica bag made for filter brewing — a comfortable size that lets you try a new coffee and finish it while it is at its best.

Beyond Gravity is a special arabica series from the Hillkoff roastery in Thailand, built for anyone chasing a different experience in every cup. Brew it as filter — V60 or Kalita — at 1:16 with water at 92–94°C, starting on a medium grind and adjusting from there: coarser if it tastes sharp, finer if it tastes flat. Grind each brew as you go so a small bag stays fresh down to the last cup.
