Sofe - Colombia Strawberry - 100g

A Colombian coffee from Sofe's Premium selection. The roaster named it "Strawberry," which puts the fruit right at the front of the cup: a ripe red sweetness and a bright, juicy acidity. It is classified for filter brewing, where acidity and sweetness show most clearly.

A 100g bag of specialty coffee, a small format meant to be brewed slowly and ground fresh each time. Start with a medium grind on a V60 at 1:16 with water at 92-94°C, then taste and adjust the grind to what lands in your cup: coarsen it a touch if the acidity comes through sharp, go finer if the cup tastes flat. Drink it black the first time, and keep the bag sealed somewhere dry, away from heat and light.
