Forty Road Roastery - Scarlet - 250g

A single-origin Colombian coffee from the Forty Road roastery at an omni roast that leaves the method entirely up to you: an espresso shot in the morning and a calm pour-over in the afternoon, out of the same bag, changing nothing but the grind.

Forty Road roasts it in Saudi Arabia, and the origin is Colombia. For filter, start at 1:16 - 15g to 250ml at 93°C - and for espresso, 18g in for about 36ml in 28-32 seconds, then move the grind finer or coarser until you land on maximum sweetness. Grind it fresh for every brew and keep the bag sealed away from light and heat.
