A filter coffee from HQ, and the Mae Jam lot comes from the coffee-growing highlands of northern Thailand. The roast is aimed at filter, so expect a lighter body, clearer acidity, and a clean cup that reveals more of its detail as your pour improves.
Mae Jam is a coffee-growing area in northern Thailand, Taffy Jam is the lot name as HQ writes it, and the pack is 200g. Brew it on a V60 or a Chemex: 15g to 250ml at 92–94C, medium grind, total time around two and a half minutes, and grind it fresh every time.
