Coda - Gedeb - 250g

A full-bodied, medium-roast cup that leans sweet and layered. Pistachio-butter richness meets bright sweet citrus and ripe tropical fruit, with acidity and sweetness in easy balance.

Grown in the Gedeb area of the Gedeo Zone (Yirgacheffe), Ethiopia, at 2000–2200 meters, from local Heirloom varieties and dried as a natural. Pull it as espresso for a sweet, concentrated shot, or brew it as pour-over to open up its citrus and tropical clarity.
