Ethiopia Anasura is a vibrant, complex coffee led by strawberry and raisin, followed by a cashew touch and a floral breath. A high sugar density gives every cup a clear, aromatic brightness.

From the Guji region in the Heirloom variety, carbonic-macerated in a sealed environment that draws out its complexity and sweetness. It shines as a filter/V60 pour-over where its aromatic delicacy comes through.
