Black Horse - Pink Bourbon - 250g

A standout Colombian coffee from the Huila region, grown from the rare Pink Bourbon variety, a natural mutation prized for its aromatic sweetness. Natural processing gives the cup a medium body and a balanced, elegant acidity, with notes of red wine, berries, and pineapple.

Grown at around 2000 meters and dried naturally inside the cherry to concentrate its fruity sweetness and complexity. A light-to-medium roast shows off its layers, and it shines with pour-over and drip methods; try 15g per 250ml of water at 92–94°C. Net weight 250g.
