OYW Coffee - Balqis - 250g

A Yemeni specialty lot from OYW roastery in the premium "Balqis" line, naturally processed from high-altitude heirloom varieties. It gives you a rich cup of red fruit, date and dark chocolate, with deep sweetness and a syrupy body.

Its dense body makes it a great espresso and Arabic-coffee choice, while its fruity complexity opens up in pour-over at 93–95°C. The 250g bag comes as whole bean or ground; grind fresh before each brew to keep the depth intact. Yemeni landrace coffees are naturally processed by tradition.
