A Turkish coffee maker with two stainless steel pots on one heating base. Each pot holds 250 ml and works over a 90-96 °C range, and the two sides run independently, so two different coffees can be made at once. The touch panel carries a display for each side showing that side's temperature.
Each side has three modes: coffee, milk and water. Cold water goes into the pot with finely ground Turkish coffee and sugar, the coffee mode and the temperature are selected, and the machine signals when the brew is done; the pot is then lifted by its handle. Milk mode heats up to the 250 ml mark and water mode boils the same amount. The pots are washed in warm water with a mild detergent, while the base is only wiped and never immersed.
