A 1.7 L electric kettle: a glass carafe over a black base whose front is a touch panel. It shows the water temperature in real time, and under it six settings are printed with their icons — Milk 40, Honey 60, Delicate 70, Green 80, Coffee 90 and Boil 100 °C — beside a keep-warm key and a power key.

Pick a setting, it appears on the display, press power and heating starts; two beeps mark the target. Keep-warm holds the temperature for thirty minutes and then switches off, and the kettle drops into sleep mode after a minute untouched. The lid opens on a button, there is boil-dry protection and auto shut-off, and the control set is Strix. It draws 1850-2200 W at 220-240 V, weighs 1.36 kg and measures 218.5 × 150.9 × 252.8 mm.
