HQ - House Blend Chocolate - 200g

HQ's house blend, and the name tells you its character: chocolate. That is the direction the blend is built around, and it is what makes it a comfortable everyday cup you come back to each morning rather than a showpiece lot you stop and analyze.

The blend is roasted for filter, so give it the method it was made for: V60 or Chemex at 1:16 — 20g to 320ml — at a medium grind with water between 92 and 94C, starting with a 40ml bloom and 30 seconds before you carry on. The 200g pack is around ten brewed cups, and it is worth grinding right before each one.
