Black Horse - Arisha - 250g

A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Aricha washing station in Yirgacheffe, dried naturally inside the cherry for a cup full of fruit and sweetness. Grown from Ethiopia's native heirloom varieties, it layers black grape and mountain fruit over a soft cacao finish.

Grown between 1920 and 2020 meters above sea level and sun-dried on raised beds in the natural style to concentrate its sweetness. A light-to-medium roast keeps its bright acidity forward, making it ideal for pour-over methods like V60 and Chemex; use around 15g per 250ml of water at 92–94°C. Net weight 250g.
