Yemeni Mahilah from OYW Roastery: light-roast Yemeni beans, ground and blended the traditional Arabic way with premium cardamom and a touch of saffron and clove. It gives you a warm, aromatic cup ready for your majlis, with natural sweetness and a refined, spice-forward character made for hospitality.

Brew it as Arabic coffee: use about one tablespoon per cup of water, keep it on low heat in a dallah for a few minutes without a hard boil, then serve in small finjan cups with dates. The light (blond) roast highlights clean acidity and sweetness, and the beans come from the Yemeni highlands with natural processing. Net weight 250 g; store in a cool, dry place away from heat and humidity.
