Grown in Colombia and processed as a lychee co-ferment, the cherries rest in a sealed, oxygen-free tank so the fruit character concentrates before a light roast locks it in. That light roast keeps the aromatics delicate and the acidity crisp. Brew it as pour-over or V60 to spotlight the florals, or pull it as filter espresso for a punchier, fruit-forward shot.
