This coffee's distinctive anaerobic ferment brings its passion fruit and tropical-fruit character to the front. A light-to-medium roast keeps the cup bright and refreshing, and it shines through pour-over methods like V60; use around 15g per 250ml of water at 92–94°C. Net weight 250g.
