Nana - Honey Peach - 100g

A bright, fruit-driven light roast with juicy peach at its core. The honey process brings out a soft, syrupy sweetness alongside a savory hint of sweet olive, giving the cup an elegant, layered character.

Grown by producer Jairo Arcila on his Santa Mónica farm in Colombia, this Castillo lot sits at 1,550-2,000 meters and is honey processed to preserve its natural sugars. Kept at a light roast, it shines as filter or pour-over; use water just under boiling and a slightly finer grind to draw out the peach.
