Iron Man is a blend from HQ (HQ/R), classified for filter brewing — roasted to be drunk black, with clarity and sweetness ahead of sheer density. Blends are built for consistency in the first place: the same cup every time you brew it, which makes this an easy one to keep next to the grinder for everyday brewing.
HQ is a Thai roastery based in Bangkok, and this is a 200g bag of small-batch specialty coffee. To brew: start with a V60 or Kalita at 1:16, water around 93°C and a medium grind, then adjust from there — coarser if it tastes sharp, finer if it tastes flat. Buy it whole bean and grind each cup just before you pour, and give it about thirty seconds to bloom after the first wetting.
