A Brazilian coffee from HQ carrying the name "Tiger No. 2", packed at 200g, from the filter-leaning side of its catalog. It is a comfortable size to get through: roughly two weeks of a daily cup, so the bag finishes while it is still at its freshest.
Brew it as filter at 1:16 — about 12.5g to 200ml — with water at 93°C and a medium grind, in two or three successive pours. If you want a slightly heavier cup, step the grind one notch finer, and grind right before you brew while keeping the bag sealed away from heat and light.
